Mubiin is currently the Lead for Venture & Community Building in Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation, an agency under the Ministry of Communications and Multimedia Malaysia (KKMM) with a 25-year track record of successfully leading the ICT and digital economy growth in Malaysia. 

Prior to his current role, he was the Lead for Ecosystem Enablement in the Fintech & Digital Economy Division in MDEC, as well as a Board Member and Business Development Manager in a Fintech startup.

He specializes in business development as well as stakeholder engagement and is responsible for creating value through partnerships and collaborations with ecosystem stakeholders ranging from startups and corporates to government agencies and ministries.”
